Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Modern Macro Technologies platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Access Levels

Access to certain features and content is determined by your account type and subscription tier. You agree not to attempt to access features or areas of the platform that are not authorized for your account.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use any type of bot, crawler, spider, plugin, or extension to collect or modify content, or attempt to circumvent the security measures of the platform
• Collect and store any platform content by your own means, such as but not limited to external databases or servers

AI-Powered Services

Acceptable Use of AI

In addition to the restrictions above, you agree not to:

• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reconstruct the system prompts, internal code, or proprietary methodologies of our AI tools
• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or manipulate safety mechanisms or operational guardrails
• Upload malicious files or attempt to access systems, data, or infrastructure beyond the intended research functionality

Availability

Our AI tools rely on third-party infrastructure that may experience outages or changes in capability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to AI-powered features or consistency of AI-generated outputs over time.

Economic Data and Disclaimers

Data Sources

Our platform integrates data from various sources including the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) API and other public economic databases. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of all data.

All information, including data, charts, models, and analysis of any kind within the platform or its content is provided "as is", with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, timeliness or of the results obtained from the use of this information, and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Model Limitations

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
